We had a meeting there yesterday in Feast and Ms Kavya helped us with selecting the correct venue for the meeting and supporting us with the logistics. Ms Kavya went out of the way to make our guests comfortable.

I’m currently staying at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway with my 90-year-old mother for a week, and I have to say I’m genuinely impressed by the level of service. Traveling with someone who has limited mobility and requires a wheelchair can be challenging, but the staff here have made it seamless. From the moment we checked in, everyone has been incredibly courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The room is spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and offers a beautiful view. In-room dining has been excellent, and they’ve gone out of their way to accommodate my mother’s dietary restrictions, which really stands out. The breakfast buffet has a wide spread, but what makes it special is the personal touch—they’re happy to prepare specific items on request. The property also has multiple restaurants and lounges. The Persian restaurant is great for an outdoor dinner and Horizon, the rooftop restaurant, serves great Pan-Asian food along with stunning city views. It’s also a wonderful place to meet friends and unwind. The location is very convenient—close to the metro, with Orion Mall just a short walk away and the ISKCON Temple Bangalore nearby. The spa is another highlight, with skilled therapists—definitely worth trying. Namita, Cheung to name a few. A special thanks to Krishna, Dakshina, Alby, Ari, and many others (apologies for not remembering every name) who made our stay so comfortable and memorable. Overall, this has been a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it.

Great experience overall, with friendly and professional staff. Hikmat, Ashit and Nirumapa was especially helpful and made sure everything was perfect during my visut. The service was smooth, attentive, and truly welcoming thank you .

I'm staying at Sheraton for 18 nights and so far this has been my experience. The staff is all very kind, always making sure everything is alright. Roomservice is also spot on, the guy who i've seen the most of is Luchon and he's great. The room is fairly large with both a bathtub and shower! The food at the hotel is also tasty and good portions. Traffic in India is what it is, but outside the hotel it's fairly calm. Close to a shopping mall too with restaurants and grocery stores. I would advice anyone to stay at this hotel if you are traveling to Bangalore.

Stayed at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore at Brigade Gateway last week and had a really good experience. Location: Super convenient. It's connected to Orion Mall and World Trade Center, so getting food, shopping, or catching a metro is a 2-minute walk. Airport runs are predictable because of the Hebbal route. Front Desk: Irfan at the front desk stood out. Check-in was quick, he remembered my room preference from last time, and sorted a late checkout without any back-and-forth. Just genuinely helpful and warm service that makes you feel looked after. Overall: Rooms are clean and quiet, breakfast spread is solid, and the staff across the board knows what they’re doing. Easy pick if you’re here for work or need to be in this part of Bangalore. Would definitely stay again.
