Located very close to the old part of town, you can walk to most places of interest in Beziers. Rooms are small and with 3 of us there was just enough space to move around the beds. Bathroom small but sufficient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt that an extra 11 euro each for breakfast was a bit high. We had a front room overlooking the street, also facing afternoon sun, and as we were there in July the room was very hot. Fan in room but no a/c. We had to have windows to street open all night and whilst it is not a very busy street any noise was very evident. Did not sleep well. Don't miss the free bus service that runs a circuit from old centre to the station (hill).

3 out 4 beds were very comfortable. All bedding very clean. Rooms were a bit dingy and seemed like they might be dirty, but upon closer inspection were perfectly clean! Carpets seemed new. Would have appreciated a tea kettle in the room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Beziers was going to be a problem. Each hotel looked worse than the next. Went for this one because "the people were nice". Be prepared for a shock when you arrive. Looks like a Romanian boarding house from the communist days. BUT the room was clean. Don't expect any help dragging cases upstairs , the lift doesn't go all the way up and starts after some stairs. The toilet was fine except you have to keep the door open if you are lucky enough to have legs and yes there is hot water if you have the time to wait. Do yourself a favour and miss breakfast or take a walk to the nice side of town. The bread might have been fresh, ONCE, and the coffee is that disgusting drip stuff which stands stewing. BUT the people are very nice.

We had arrived late at night after attending a wedding, but the staff had been kind enough to wait for us. They had also blocked off a parking space near the hotel where we could park. There is a lovely courtyard where you take breakfast. As others have mentioned, it's an easy walk to see the sights, or to go to the outdoor market.

Used this hotel for an overnight and booked through Ryanair. The hotel is very basic, but clean and comfortable with air con and en-suite, close to the centre (like a couple of hundred metres). Only offers B&B but loads of restaurants nearby (See my review on Restaurant Le XVIII). The staff at reception were absolutely fantastic and so helpful, especially Elizabeth.

A very simple hotel, only a few minutes from the city centre. There was plenty of on street parking within a few minutes walk. The room was clean and adequate but could have done with a little refreshment. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We only stayed for one night instead of four nights! The room was not up to our standard, the breakfast was terrible, which we left untouched. The lady in charge only charged for the one night, she contacted Expedia to cancel the other 3 nights, which we hope you have done.

We arrived in Beziers from Bristol on Sunday afternoon but unfortunately the hotel does not allow check in before 6pm on Sunday so had to lug our cases around for three hours until it opened. The room was a superior room, not huge but very clean. Breakfast is from 7-10.30 am which is great. Typical French breakfast, nice bread,cheese, cereas etc but could have done with a sice of ham? Great coffee and all pleasantly served by our friendly host. The Internet was a real pantomime I'm afraid., different companies provided in reception to the room. Reception signal was ok but Develo (room) was a shambles. Anyway wifi is free so no real complaints here. The area itself is not fantastic and don't expect to eat anything other than kebabs on a Sunday! Otherwise ok.

Great location. Superb helpful and friendly staff. Rooms simple but clean and in good condition. Some communal areas a bit shabby.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 4) and were very happy with our stay. The hotel provided a cot at no extra charge and the kids room was seperate. Gold! The rooms were fairly compact but for the price it was a winner. The bathroom was new and clean. The service staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was close to the action but still fairly quiet. Would stay there again. No question.
