Eurostars Gran Via

The location was perfect; it was close to attractions, restaurants, tavernas, and shops. The staff was great; super friendly and helpful when we needed recommendations.

The rooftop bar closed early. After exploring all day we would have liked to have a glass of wine on the terrace, but it was never open. I’m not sure what time they close but we were back at the hotel by 9:00pm and it was already closed. The shower door also had a gap and leaked a lot of water on the marble floor which made it slick and dangerous. We had to put a towel on the floor when taking a shower. Lastly, there was no full length mirror. This is a small thing that the hotel could provide. We had a Junior Suite so I would have expected a mirror.

The bed was comfortable and it is a great location close to everything! We took a taxi from the airport and to the Alhambra and they were both about 7 EUR everywhere else we could walk.

Staff could have been more professional and helpful. We asked for more water and they said it was just 1 bottle for the whole stay and we could use tap water. In general they were not very courteous. Shower was kind of small but clean and served it purpose.

Absolutely loved the roof top bar and the barman was extremely friendly. Room was very clean and housekeeping was excellent

It was very noisy outside in the evening but I think that's just how Granada is so not an issue of the hotel
