A grand property in a central position.

Being allocated a noisy room and being aware that the shower leaked all over the bathroom. I specifically asked for one of their peaceful rooms as indicated on their website. The room was on the main road, first floor, with no sound proofing whatsoever - you could hear everything on the street all night. Did not sleep well at all and constantly woken u. When I confronted the manager and said I specifically had asked for a quiet room he laughed and said “quiet is not the same as peaceful”. He was also aware of how badly the shower leaked and still allocated the room. He didn’t think there was anything wrong with that.
