Konum ve odaların temizliği oldukça iyiydi. Bizi karşılayan Lois her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Çok tatlı ve yardımsever bir çalışandi.

Mutfakta ciddi bir hijyen problemi var. Kahvaltıda servise konulan tabakların ve çatal bıçakların bazıları bulaşık idi yani yıkanmamış gibiydi, üstlerinde yemek artıkları vardı. Bunu kahvaltıdan ve resepsiyondaki kişilere de ilettim. Ayrıca ilk gece oda oldukça soğuktu ve buna bir çözüm bulunamadı.

The room.was clean and spacious, well supplied with all the convenient details, a kettle, clothes steamer,extra toiletries. The bed was decent size and comfortable. Mini- bar. The hotel is located practically opposite the cathedral, 15 min walk from The Alhambra, walking distance from the most historical sites. Excellent restaurant next door.

The hotel is dated. The furniture is chipped and scratched. The carpets in the public areas are trodden and quite dirty ( and red!). It has a vibe of a 4* not 5. The rooftop bar is basic and my drink likewise.

La habitación un poco vieja, descuidada, la TV antigua, el baño mal logrado... Necesita mejoras.
