rooms were comforatble, nice setting of the hotel and very central

as you say we had asked for rooms near each other and they were not - on a different level even. We had booked 2 premier rooms, but the 2 rooms were totally different - one was a premium style room and one was a lower standard room. Not very impressive and we only found this out mid way through the break upon seeing the other room, very sad and to think we'd paid for 2. Also sad one was down a flight of 10 stairs and we'd asked for if possible 2 rooms together and no stairs as we have friends amongst us with walking difficulties especially on stairs. we had booked so far ahead to try and get this arranged. breakfast was not explained what was available and it was only on the 3rd morning (our last) that we found we could have fried eggs or an omlette - sad we hadn't been told what was available beforehand

Central location very close to the main attractions.

Not essential, as the bars and restaurants close by, the hotel bar not open weekdays.

Perfect location. Quiet at night. Very clean. Staff so friendly and always willing to help.

Arrived and the room was an inside room, not acceptable for 7 night stay. Couldn’t change that evening, too late. Next day given a room over looking the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Very good air conditioning. Breakfast was mediocre. The breakfast room staff were good. The best member of staff that we had dealings with was “Lidia” at the front desk. She was so helpful, professional and answered all our questions. If you want a great Italian meal she recommends San Marco just a 3 minute walk from hotel - it was delicious. Thank you Lidia.

Great location making it easy to access all the sights on foot . Marta and the team were very friendly and helpful , pointing us to great restaurants and cafes .

Nothing to dislike

Gute zentrale Lage. Die wesentlichen Attraktionen gut erreichbar. Reichhaltiges sehr gutes Frühstück.

Hi There was a great choice of cold foods for breakfast. We didn’t eat off the hot part of the buffet. Also eggs were cooked to your liking everyday. The location of the hotel is brilliant. A couple of minutes if that to the cathedral but our room was so quiet, we had the best of both worlds. We stayed in a suite with a seating area which was very comfortable, with two Juliet style balconies overlooking the pool.

I liked everything

les chambres étaient très spacieuses. l'hotel est très bien situé. le petit déjeuner est varié. hotel fonctionnel mais pas beaucoup de charme.

un légère odeur désagréable dans certains endroits de l'hotel. chambre à rue bruyante . aucune bouteille d'eau disponible gartuitement dans la chambre. les sièges de piscine pas très propres. le soleil ne donne jamais sur la piscine.
