The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Great view of the cathedral from the roof terrace.

The roof terrace was very underwhelming and with some effort it could have been much more attractive. The furniture was all covered even when the weather was good! The potted plants were in a state of decline/dead. For the price we paid I would expect more. The decor throughout the hotel is very bland, not much to suggest that you're in Spain! I wanted to book for three days but this wasn't possible on booking com. I booked for two days and a separate booking for one day all with booking. com. We paid almost as much for the third day Monday as we paid for the two days Saturday and Sunday! Where is the sense in this???

All Staff excellent and a credit to your Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and an excellent selection available. Swimming pool a bonus. Roof Top Bar opened for the season on Thursday so we were able to enjoy a couple of drinks. Location of Hotel excellent and close to major attractions.

Schönes Hotel an sehr guter Lage

Leider ist die Rooftopbar nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Der Schal auf dem Bett war fleckig und schmuddelig. Das passte nicht zum sonst sauberen Gesamtbild!

The staff were excellent, the hotel is beautiful and the room was light, airy, extremely well equipped and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was superb. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment.

nothing particular. Weirdly they didn't give us the alarm call we booked - which had also happened in the Eurostars hotel in Granada. Luckily we had our phone alarm...but otherwise the staff were really helpful and welcoming
