Ambiance, pool access room, friendly & helpful staff, superb service!

I'm very disappointed. The pool was closed for 3 days of our stay. The coffee shop was only open 2 days and then closed again. The pool bar disnt open until 3pm. The rooms were supposed to be cleaned daily, but ours wasn't, and when it was, it wasn't done well. You were given literally 2 sachets of coffee a day, so only 2 cups. Our bedding was changed once in 10 days despite us asking for a bed change! Breakfast was awful, leaking coffee pots, cold food. Eggs were cooked and left, so they were always cold. I eventually asked for them to cook us fresh eggs each morning, but it didn't go down well! Overall, it was very disappointing for the money we paid, and the location is about 30 mins from any nice beaches.

The hotel is nice the service you get upon arrival is good and the rooms are nice and big with comfy beds. The only two cons I have about this hotel is the housekeeper.. she was honestly the worst I’ve come across doesn’t clean the rooms properly doesn’t change the sheets and leaves the floors dirty and it takes her forever to come and clean your room she’s so slow. The property is still having work done to it so there’s noise from around 1am-5am and it’s very loud like if you have small children they’d be woken up so on that note I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fin hotel til prisen, mek medarbejderne kan slet ikke engelsk, og hvergang man spørger om noget, så hedder det moment, men ingen kommer og hjælper, Og mega meget larm fra værelserne og gangen når det er midnat, alt for mange indisk turister som ikke respektere andre gæster, Og kun 5 solsenge på poolen, det er alt for lidt,

Jättefint hotell, härlig pool och fina rum, tyvärr var det en del blad och insekter i poolen så den hade kunnat rengöras bättre.

Location.

Very noisy room. Heard everyone walking past and the lift up and down. Room big but only one chair.
