Carpet was clean and appliances/furniture were mostly updated. Spacious room with plenty of table space and bed was comfortable. The view was very nice

Cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t great, partly due to being outdated. Heat did not work in bathroom. Linens/towels were well used

This is an older hotel. If you desire a comfortable room that's clean and warm but has no frills, then this is a great bargain. I got the impression that the owners were new, like family run. Only free coffee in the office available. People were friendly and caring! They went out of their way to make sure I got my driver's license back after leaving it at the office. I will stay here again.

The property was snow covered. So I have no real opinion. The building itself and the interior room finishes are showing their age in general wear and tear.

There were presumably other guests that tried very hard to make us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Filming us as we entered and left. Loitering outside our room.

We enjoyed our stay at this secluded moderately-priced property. Our daughter lives in Norwich and we spent our time visiting her home. This place to sleep was a convenient option for us. Thank you.

This motel works well for anyone needing a place to stay overnight. Nothing fancy. The only unexpected and amazing thing was a remarkable view of Connecticut River all the way to the Vermont side. Breakfast is not available even if so mentioned in the description.

Location good, temperature in room was comfortable.

No hot water for showers (due to burst pipe issues, resolved by late evening). No coffee in the room, no breakfast or coffee available as advertised as included. Housekeeping and general maintenance of rooms was poor at best. Mold in ceiling corners of bathroom/shower. Really- a little care for your property is needed so it doesn’t fall apart.
