Not handicapped friendly! No grab bars around toilet. No handicapped tall toilet.
This hotel should not have a Hilton name. Severely outdated. Furniture pretty beat up and old worn carpet. Beds were comfortable though. Pillows suck as usual. AC unit makes some weird cyclical noise. Bathroom and entry tile was sticky. Whatever was used to clean made it sticky. Otherwise looked clean. The stupid dust ruffles were hanging all over the floor and some parts pulled way up to base of mattress. Very tacky. The remote was dirty and sticky. Gross. I cleaned and sanitized it. Old small 32” tv. No Netflix or others. Hallway was very hot. Plus was refrigerator and microwave worked. As a Hilton honors member it really aggravates me that they can’t do better. I expect more from Hilton. We slept ok, but this place is in bad need of updating.
Excellent service and very friendly staff. Breakfast service person engaged everyone and made sure people had everything they needed. Even provided scissors to snip those nasty packets of syrup and hot sauce that you can't open without great difficulty. Desk person went above and beyond for service. I forgot 6 postcards in my room and she tracked down housekeeping,they found the postcards and offered to mail them.
Will not recommend or stay again. After driver 1000miles we chose this hotel because it was out of town and we been there a year prior (states remodeling then) but looks worse than it did in 2024. HOWEVER, we get there and we get a dirty room they moved us to another. However in new clean room, the light fixture in ceiling was stuffed with white rag to cover something. Night staff was good. However when we check out, the night Auditor was not a happy camper bc I requested a receipt and she had to stop what she was doing in the breakfast area (this was at 5am and breakfast isn’t until 7 at location) . Customer service (hospitality) needs serious attention at this location as well sanitation and maintenance standards. We have never experienced this at a Hilton property before.

USVery disappointing Hampton. Staff so so No rooms on lower floors yet reserved with a pet. Had to stay on 4th floor. Pet friendly and rate reasonable Food could be better but breakfast was free as always. Pet friendly. Not clean hotel and hallways very hot Room hot and took hours to cool off. Wouldn’t stop here again yet it did keep us out of having to go to a big city. O Reilly auto supply great for oil or car advise. Restaurants close at 9p even on a Friday nite.
