There was a giant blob of hair on the bathroom counter. Huge holes in the ceiling right outside my room and wallpaper coming off the wall. Their fitness center had 5 pieces of equipment that did not work at all.
On line booking made no reference to pool being out of service due to ceiling collapse. Front and rear parking lots contained at least (5) large shipping containers blocking parking spaces. I had a trailer and was referred to Walmart lot next door. I was still charged full price.
I hope that my money was refunded by Expedia...it was Spring Break, i needed a pool for the three kids. At check in, I found out the pool was closed. The hotel administrator said that they wold asked to have my card refunded. I do hope the request was granted. If not, i will never schedule with Expedia again. If so. It will be the number 1 to go to forcreservations.
Good spot
USRoom was filthy. Sink and toilet were gross! Room smelled like pet urine. Definitely not the Hampton reputation of high standards and quality (for the price), more like a Motel 6. When brought to desk clerk’s attention, he was not surprised, did not apologize and was very nonchalant. Overall facility was run down and dirty - Staples in wall holding wall paper together, water leak in hallway with piece of sheet rock on floor, carpet worn through in elevator. Maybe “pet friendly” policy instigates much of this?

Was worn out house hunting across the south and had finally found a home placed an offer and was accepted so was celebrating with my husband and my baby prince my dog, they where pet friendly and prince got a lot of attention overall would stop there again. Nice and quiet was excellent quiet and clean.. definitely would recommend.
