Ibis Lagos Airport

Water bottle were not prepared and brought in tree times phone calls for asking it. I came into room an hour later. Bed was wet and no shampoo and bath liquid. Only one soap. Noise of refrigerator. No any kind shown at desk. Terrible hotel ever

Loved the facilities and the Staff. Everyone of them provided excellent service. Loved the pool especially although the gym seems a joke. Hated my stay firstly, because there was no internet on my floor. I have no sim card and unable to get one as it was a holiday weekend hence was unable to get any work done. Secondly, the state of the room was terrible. Had open switches, the TV was laughable being laptop size, had white noise and ofcourse nothing interesing to watch. The curtains looked old and long overdue for replacement. The bathroom had an old foul smell and the shower hose leaked! The bathroom wall and shower glass doors looked irritating to make contact with. Definitely no where close to the Ibis standard elsewhere. If I ever return for a stay itll be solely because of how friendly the staffs were. Everyone of them were lovely from the guys at the gate to the door men, receptionist, room service. Few names I can remember: Joy, Ibironke, Ayodeji, the lady at the counter think it starts with M, feel bad that I cant recall all their names.

Absolutely enjoyable stay. Courteous service from all staff. Ms. Mary was exceptional. She went the extra mile to resolve issue with my room access card. The GM, Mimi was accessible, approachable and very responsive to my service request.

From my arrival, the service was impeccable. Nancy, Joy and the rest of the lovely ladies at the reception are very polite and helpful. Will visit again

Pleasant stay at Ibis Lagos Airport. Clean and safe environment. excellent customer service in a secured environment . Very close to Lagos International airport. Highly recommended . Never miss their buffet breakfast with intercontinental varieties .
