My room was moody with ants everywhere and the shower was disgusting with mold in all corners.

Untrained and unhelpful staff, lack of products in their bathroom,

Pros. Ayo, Moses, Susan, Nancy, Esther, Joy, Adesuwa and Jessica all amazing staff, they never stopped smiling. Good security, good selections of food choice, nice pool area, comfortable beds. Cons.. Poor ventilation in the room due to lack of oxygen intake because the window do not opens at all and if you have any kind of breathing issues I wouldn't recommend you stay there more than a night. (2) bathroom leak when having bath. (3) No priory notice to lodgers when exterior work was undertaken to close the blinds. (4) Rooms need modern makeover as they too outdated and smelling carpets. (5) No choice of breakfast beverages, you only get 1 lipton bag in your room (6) No ironing facilities. I believe with a new management this hotel will be a 5 star cause there is a great potential in her.

Staff are not friendly or helpful, the internet was too slow and sometimes not working. The lighting in the room was terrible. We were given only one towel for 2 people. Only one person was allowed to eat breakfast.
