everything was great and wonderfull

The hotel was very conveniently placed for both the beach and Soho Square. The grounds are beautifully kept and always clean and tidy as are the swimming pools. The staff are courteous and helpful at all times. The rooms were very clean. As the hotel is not very large is lacks a smaller comfortable lounge for reading etc. This is my only criticism

we unfortunately stayed at a time when one of the restaurants was undergoing refurbishment, so dining options were limited, and the building noise from that was a tad annoying. But on our final morning it was all finished and it looked amazing! Pity we only had that for a morning! Other than that though, we both had a very good and relaxing stay at Sierra!

The staff are very helpful, the food was wonderful always something different. Pools are superb and it is in a fab location right next to Soho Square. We travelled as a group of 10 and it was ideal for us.

The hotel was amazing! All inclusive!! This was great. I have stayed at other all inclusive hotels and the drinks are watered down and the portions are small, but not here! The drinks were strong and the food was great. (buffet style so you can get as much as you want.) The restaurant has a different theme each night (italian, BBQ, etc.) The food is really good!! The hotel is right next to soho square which is great for nightlife. When you arrive you get a bunch of vouchers to use at the hotel and in soho square (all free!) From what I can remember: one 15 minute massage per stay, 1 hr Jacuzzi/steam room/etc. per day, 1 cultural show per week,1 ice skating/bowling per week. Also, if you don't want to eat at the hotel, you can eat for free at two of the restaurants in soho square, a Lebanese one and another one. The food was awesome and there was a lot to do to keep you busy! The other location that I looked at were hotels near Naama Bay. We took a trip here (they have shuttles running to Naama Bay, but make sure you sign up for it because it fills up quickly!) Naama bay was much bigger with a lot more to do, but soho square was nice too. It is just like a smaller version. There are daily activities by the pool (yoga, kids games, volleyball, etc.) You can order whatever you want and don't have to sign anything, like some other all inclusive. During the day, there is a snack bar and a pizza bar open for pool snacks,and also ice cream only from 5-7. Definitely recommend!!!

Myself and my boyfirend stayed here for 2 weeks in september and it was the best hols we have had so far. The staff are so nice and go out of their way for you. We both got sick while we were there but the hotel staff were very helpful and told us what to take for the stomach bug and it cleared up within a few days. Soho square which is behind the hotel is great and has lovely restaurants.We did the quads at both sun rise and sun set it was amazing. We will defo be back here some time soon enough i hope :)
