Sui servizi dovrebbero migliorare, in bagno c’erano i dispenser di crema corpo e balsamo vuoti, nessun accessorio in bagno (cuffiette, spazzolino, cotton fioc …. ) che ormai trovi anche nei 3 stelle. Colazione appena sufficiente

Absolutely great experience! The reception team was amazing. A receptionist (originally from Romania) was speaking multiple languages, I watched him delivering an excellent 1:1 approach with each guest, showing on the map places to go, offering late checks in and individual room selection. Wow! 10-star service. The breakfast service was outstanding. The manager Mohammed has built a strong team. As someone who used to work in hospitality on a senior role I can share my gratitude confidently.

"Schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal"

Wir hatten ein tolles Eckzimmer in einer der oberen Etagen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und Anschluss an ÖV. Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, für unseren Bedarf jedoch sehr gut.

Das Abendessen im Restaurant/Bar war ok. Wir wurden etwas spät auf das andere Restaurant aufmerksam gemacht.
