Staff was friendly and attentive. Lots of dining options in immediate area. Room was large and was able to open window for fresh air. Beds are not good, new mattresses are needed for main bed and sofa bed.

"Far from excellent."

The room was filthy and the bed had seen better days. Wear and tear on the walls is one thing, but the room was dusty and floors dirty. I can’t understand how the hotel had such a good rating.

If I could have left the property and not have to worry about getting reimbursed I would have. The room/hotel was very outdated. The rooms were not clean..dirt in all the corners and the baseboards. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The bed was AWFUL!! You could feel the springs and the sheets were a dingy gray..definitely not crisp and white. The pillows smelled like the hundreds of people who slept on them before me..apparently they do not launder the pillows ever! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room was dirty, smell and floors, furniture was sticky and not cleaned properly. Condition of the towels and other things in the room were far below the standard. Highly disappointed.

Possibly due to staff shortages, which seems to be everywhere, our rooms was covered in dust. We were moved from one dusty room to another dusty room. Room cleanliness is definitely an issue with this property.

Our stay was good. The hotel room was clean, and the staff was really friendly. The room was a little run down. The pool area was really nice. The breakfast was amazing. This hotel is an overall good value.
