Residence Inn by Marriott Pittsburgh Monroeville/Wilkins

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. Rooms are enormous and we liked the large fridge and kitchen area. It felt like we were in a mini vacation condo more so than a hotel. Would stay again for sure.

The Room was filthy and stinkinh, drains were clogged, breakfast was 3rd class.

TV remotes both broken (one was falling apart bd dod not work at all; the other turned on the TV but then we could not change the channel or turn off the set!). Dented lampshade in room. Blankets scratchy and inadequate.

I liked the area The furniture could use an upgrade

We stayed for the weekend for a training and it was clean and staff is always pleasant

My stay was just as bad as last year. I gave it another try this year and regret it. The hotel has gone down severly since first opening. I had to switch rooms due to the terrible state of the first room that I was given and it was not what i reserved. One of the managers would not budge on helping assist me with booking the room that i originally reserved. Once they charged me significantly more than my original quote, i found my room subpar. The shower had a crack in it, the toilet rocked backed and forth, no pots and pans as promised, ice maker took forever to produce ice, old sponge for what dishes were in the kitchen area, kitchen garbage can was dirty, furniture run down, closet door in bedroom did not slide with ease and was in fact broken, they provided 3 towels, but only one handtowel and one wash cloth and one remote for two tvs. I stayed because it was my bday weekend and I had already planned this day and had people coming. I wont ever stay here again!

It was a very comfortable stay.
