Zimmer und die gesammte Anlage war mehr als nur schön und auch das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Optisch eine echte 10 von 10.

Der Service war leider nicht gut und man bekommt sehr wenig auskunft über alle Angebote. Wir haben eine Aktivität dort gebucht, welche leider auch sehr enttäuschend war und Preis-Leisung war gar nicht Oke… Sehr schade da das Hotel an sich sehr sehr schön und gemütlich ist.

I enjoyed quite a lot the fact that it is remote and at a good distance from civilization as we know it. Giving it the jungle vibe and it sticks to its eco lodge environment. People are attentive, and ready to help. When facing an issue they will easily communicate with all involved parties to find a solution as quick as possible. I recommend this site. Its for a nice romantic getaway. So coming here alone won't really be wise...unless you want to disconnect entirely.

Overall, I had a very good experience at Hamadryade Lodge. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and truly immersive in the Amazon, which made my stay memorable. That said, there are a few points where the experience could be improved. I think additional training for the staff—especially in the dining and restaurant area—would make a noticeable difference. Basic service standards such as proper table setup, bringing water in a timely manner, and overall attentiveness could be improved. On a few occasions, the waiting time for food was quite long; waiting close to an hour for something as simple as a sandwich took away from the overall experience. Another important point worth mentioning is payment preparation. Since the lodge is located in a very remote area, guests should be clearly informed before arrival that cash is required for tours and certain extras, as credit cards are not always sufficient. This information would help avoid confusion and make planning easier. To their credit, the staff was flexible and able to accommodate me by adding the amount to my final bill, which I appreciated. In summary, Hamadryade Lodge offers a great experience in an exceptional location, but with improved staff training and clearer communication regarding logistics and payments, the experience could be even better.

El paisaje que mostraba el lugar, las habitaciones cómodas, con AC y baños muy bien diseñados. La atención y preocupación porque pasemos bien fue lo máximo, nos propusieron tours increíbles y el check out fue muy flexible, lo que nos permitió disfrutar hasta el último momento sin ninguna presión. El personal muy amable por cierto y los perritos anfitriones los amamos.
