Bellissimo lodge immerso nella foresta dove si sentono solo i suoni della natura, calmo e rigenerante. Camera molto bella e ben tenuta con parete tutta vetri aperta sulla giungla. Ambiente tranquillo, vista meravigliosa e un servizio cordiale di tutto il personale. Altamente raccomandato. Un grazie speciale a Carlos della Runawa tours

Der whirlpool hat über 3std nicht aufgeheitzt. Nach dem reklamieren wurde es behoben. Es war Nacht bis wir den pool benutzen konnten

- The location was very beautiful, with a nice view and many butterflies. • The grounds seemed relatively well maintained. • One night my husband cut his finger, and the kitchen staff, who were already on their way home, came quickly and kindly helped us bandage the wound.

• Food: The food was quite bad, not really edible. We did not enjoy it at all. Communication with the staff was very difficult since no one spoke English, and they often did not understand what we asked for. One morning we requested a dish without meat, and instead of preparing something different, they simply gave me my husband’s plate, leaving him with nothing to eat for breakfast. Room: • No mosquito net above the bed. • No curtains, so we woke up with the first light. • Constant lack of privacy – people were walking around maintaining the place and could easily look into the room. • No sink in the bathroom; you have to walk several meters just to wash your hands after using the toilet. Very uncomfortable. • Tours: Before arriving, they sent us a brochure with tours that looked extremely impressive, professional, and interesting. I even added an extra day to our stay so we could experience them fully. In reality, the tours were disappointing: • The guide (Carlos) led us on a jungle walk that was boring, lacking any charisma or excitement, and felt completely unnecessary. • The “Amazónico” tour was also disappointing and did not match the description in the brochure. They failed to mention that the visit involved seeing animals in cages, which was misleading and not what we expected. • Price: The biggest issue for us was that the price simply did not justify the experience. The lodge is as expensive as the Galápagos, yet the quality was far from it. Overall This was by far the most disappointing lodge we stayed at in Ecuador. It was boring, overpriced, and left us feeling that booking it was a mistake.

En general, no fue la experiencia de cuatro estrellas que esperábamos. Entendemos que se trata de un ecolodge en el Amazonas, pero la limpieza y el mantenimiento dejaron mucho que desear. Al llegar, encontramos telarañas en la habitación, lo cual dejaba claro que no la habían limpiado bien. Después de la primera noche, el personal nos dejó toallas limpias, pero retiraron las sábanas de la cama y olvidaron poner unas nuevas—terminamos durmiendo solo con el colchón y una manta. Lamentablemente, regresamos demasiado tarde esa noche como para pedir que lo solucionaran. También tuvimos que matar un insecto enorme en la habitación, y aunque supuestamente limpiaron después, el bicho seguía en el suelo cuando volvimos. En una de las habitaciones, el baño tenía un olor muy desagradable que nunca se fue. El lugar en sí es interesante y con mucho potencial, pero se notaba la falta de personal y de mantenimiento. En general, una experiencia bastante regular.

Le personnel était adorable et très disponible. L’architecture des cabines et de la réception/restaurant a été réalisé avec goût.

Le bâtiment principal n’est pas très bien entretenu, les petits-déjeuners inclus dans le prix de la chambre ne sont pas aussi généreux qu’habituellement en Équateur. Le prix du menu du soir est également élevé mais le résultat est très satisfaisant. Nous avons eu un problème d’eau chaude qui a été partiellement résolu mais pour un hôtel de ce standing, étonnant de ne pas pouvoir obtenir de l’eau chaude en continu.
