"Lovely hotel, lovely staff"

I am originally from this area (just over a mile up the road) and was curious to see what the the hotel was like. It is probably the nicest and friendliest hotel we have stayed in. Rooms done to a high standard and with extra wee touches like the Tunnocks carmel wafer and tea cake in the room brought a smile to my face, although we forgot to eat ours ! Food in the restaurant was great. Receptionist and especially the young bar staff very friendly.. Very handy for Glasgow airport too. Will definitely stay again.

We arrived later in the day and the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make us welcome. They checked in to make sure that we were happy with our room and brought us extra towels and an ice bucket. The room was huge, clean and quiet. The bar staff were all friendly and both the bar and restaurant had a very relaxing atmosphere. We used the pool the following morning and it was very nice with adequate family changing facilities. It is situated in a quiet area that is not far from the airport and city centre. We didn’t use the soft play but it looked great. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

"Great stop on way from Aberdeen down to Arran"

Kids loved the pool while Grampa had a beer. Staff really helpful getting early breakfast to catch the 7am arran ferry

"Lovely hotel."

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Could do with shower cap in room though. Otherwise, everything was very nice. The location was a bit far out so would be good if there was a bit of entertainment on at weekends. Food was lovely and very tasty.
