"2nd Visit"

My first visit here was when the hotel was undergoing restoration, and I can honestly say how lovely the hotel is now. The facilities, the food, the staff and location were all fabulous. I'm just disappointed that I was here on business and couldn't experience more of the facilities on offer. I will definitely come back, next time for leisure.

"Gorgeous hotel, delicious food and family friendly"

This place is really lovely and the staff make you feel very welcome. There's all the facilities that you could need during your stay and families are very welcome with an outside play park and indoor soft play area with creche facilities. This was our toddler's first hotel stay and he loved it! I would absolutely recommend this hotel and we would definitely return!

"DONT BOOK THIS"

My son and his partner are currently staying at this hotel. The hotel have charged them for a 2 night stay instead of 1 night. I paid thru Expedia for their 1st night and for some reason unknown to ourselves they have charged for them to stay 2 nights. I paid for them to stay for 1 night via Expdia but this hasn't went through............why???? This has already been charged to my account. Not only that they charge £40.00 per couple per night for drinks and food even if you pay by cash during you stay. AN Absolute disgrace. I am still trying to now sort this thru their management team .....please be aware of these additional charges before you book.

"Very pleasant hotel, in a lovely setting. "

Once past the initial entrance to the hotel things looked up. This area requires urgent updating, ramp to main door far too steep. Staff excellent, very professional and helpful. Facilities excellent, pool and leisure area exceptionally clean. Restaurant very good. Only complaint was of the occupants in the room above us, who seemed to have clogs on at 02.30am !! And proceeded to dance around the room for a period of time.

"Shortest holiday ever"

Not the facilities as advertised on various websites. Construction work going on outside hotel. Not a nice welcome. Stayed 30 minutes. Got full refund
