ROThe location is good, near the beach and many restaurants. The breakfast was amazing and overall it was a good value for money.
The AC unit was making some really weird noises sometimes like it wanted to take its flight and the balcony door could be closed in only one position and you had to find it.

It's better to prepare beds before check-in - we booked a twin room with separate beds, but it was just a double bed with one sheet when we came, so I separated beds by myself. Sheets on the bed and towels are very old and not ironed. No fridge in the room, no electic kettle, no water. Breakfast is cold, it was a lack of something hot like omelette or porridge. Bad coffee, what is strange for Italy 😔 No stairs, for old people it may not be so easy, especially with luggage.

If you get a room at the top floor there is a lot of stairs to carry luggage. No elevator but host did help when we arrived.

There's no elevator, which is quite a problem to bring lagagge on trird floor. There' s no fridge in the room. They didn't let us stay in the parking lot for two hours longer after check out eavent ther's free space.
