They utterly refused to bend the rules where Charging for stay that were unable were concerned

"Beautiful hotel amazing room and fabulous food"

Room was lovely and as being disabled with an added broken ankle the facilities were perfect. Being able to park right next to room was again a huge benefit. Breakfast was amazing beautiful dinning room lovely food with so much choice. We had dinner the first evening which was fabulous to.

We were woken twice the first night by people coming back to their room bringing what I can only assume was cases it was gone 1am one of the times.
