Love this place, great place to stay

The staff are always amazing. We can go anywhere but this place is personable and always clean.

Price has been about 30.00 higher than normal the last 2 bookings. We come about once a month and noticed the increase byt still a great value

Very clean property, great staff with friendly communication and a good value for the money. Walking distance to and from Prescott airport. My second time staying here. I would definitely recommend for a night or two.

Early check in was available.

Bed kinda hard.

Parking is crowded and somewhat dangerous.

The hotel was a convenient location and the room was clean. Staff member did call to check on our arrival time as we were arriving at 10pm said he'd wait for us to arrive as he goes home at 10pm.

The shower faucet broke and was stuck running, no control of the temperature or turning it off so unable to shower. There was no staff to help or answer the phone until 7am. Staff member did come right away when called again at 7am and was offered another room but we were already checking out. Front office staff were smoking Marijuana so the office stank strongly of it. TV didn't work or turn on at all.

Room itself was clean and spacious with a mini fridge and microwave.

Beds were squeaky, fan in bathroom looked like it's never been cleaned before and anyone can access the building.
