"Bad experience"

I checked out the room first, and the couch had a stained cover over it. The headboard had a dead bug by it. I asked for a cancelation. The young lady that was at the front desk was very nice. The woman that came out of the room got really angry that I asked for a receipt and slammed the door in my face.

The thought of bugs and the management was not professional.

"My absolutes were met."

The bed was comfortable. I liked the pillows. The AC worked well and overall, it was very clean. The staff was friendly. Price wise, considering what other locations were charging the price was fair for what they offered.

There was quite a bit of broken furniture in our room and it would’ve been nice to have a nightstand on both sides of the bed.
