The pool looked nice but the weather wasn’t kind to us so we didn’t get to use it, also the beach was very close

It was very dated and needed an upgrade, we had ants in the kitchen which was due to the unfortunate weather we had

I liked everything

The location of this resort is excellent — it’s only a one-minute walk to Sunrise Beach, which was a huge plus. On the positive side, the resort’s exterior, swimming pool, and tennis courts were well maintained and very nice.

However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. I’m not sure if each unit has a different owner, but there seems to be a noticeable difference in condition between units. The unit we stayed in appeared not to have been renovated for a very long time, and the bathroom was particularly poor. The shower fittings were very old, there was no hot water, and the water pressure was too weak to shower comfortably.
