Aparthotel Niu d´Aus

The apartment was great, with good utilities and aircon. View is beautiful. The owner is very helpful and gave us great advice. I will come back

Location, pool, staff

Beds were not comfortable, water was salty at the shower, internet was weak. There were socks on the bedroom floor when we came in.

The view was amazing and location too if you have a car. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The beds were comfy however the sofa bed was very hard to sleep on, especially the lower part. Water is salty, even in the shower but it seems like an issue of that part of the Island.

There was no shower gel provided.

The staff is super friendly, they have pool towels and sun-umbrellas, the pool is a haven of tranquility and the view from the 3rd floor apartments is stunning without question! I found the beds to be very comfortable, parking is great and the apartment has everything one needs (oil and salt/pepper for cooking, pots/pans, microwave, dishes, cutlery).

There were still a lot of hairs on the floor when we moved in, the faucets and tub are is a very bad state (erosion and calcification), the water is salty, and the bedroom and living room have only one outlet each to charge something or plug in a comfortable light. The worst was the walls: they are paper thin and the plumbing runs through the walls. Which means your bedroom and bathroom wall are also your neighboor's bedroom and bathroom wall. And when they come home in the night and shower, you sit upright in bed due to the insane noise of the pipes just behind the bed. And you can hear every drag of every chair. Thankfully the family and the group of young women staying there at the same time were not placed next to us, otherwise we would have had no peace and quiet ever. So yeah, it is very cheaply built and very dated. We wouldn't return and if I had known, I would have booked something else.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and well cared for

The tap and shower water were noticeably salty, which was quite unpleasant. It would have been much better if the water had been filtered. Additionally, there was no lift available, so we had to carry our XL suitcase ourselves, which was inconvenient and tiring
