Property has potential.

Urine stained beds, so uncomfortable, the mattress had to be swapped to another urine stained bed. Rooms were disgustingly dirty, clothing left behind from past guests. No service at all. 2 Adults expected to use the same towel, 1 piece of soap for 4 days. The kitchen/bar were closed for the season and still advertised as open on the booking. Not a central location to Jindabyne town centre.
