"Easy convenient"

Organised and easy to get keys and entry.

Shower head didn’t work properly, heater switch was intermittent so it went on and off, and didn’t see a single staff member at all but that could have just been unfortunate timings.

The door was quite difficult to open/close as the top half was covering the door frame.
