"Freezing room and dirty mould not well maintained bathroom"

Easy check in

Mould in bathroom. Broken in half ceramic soap dish in shower with sharp edges showing easy to cut you if you hit it.Heater in room only works from 4pm and if is off during daytime so room was cold. I had to plead with them to turn it on at 3pm because I was freezing.Rooms are not sound proof and is very noisy.
