Picturesque setting, fantasy views of Tuscany and Montepulciano. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Dinner on the lawn overlooking the Tuscan hills was a highlight. Breakfast was your typical Italian set up - eggs cooked to order and fresh coffee. Visited in peak summer and I understand the hotel was fully booked but it never felt crowded or busy. We were able to check in early which is always really appreciated.

No pool service for drinks or food (unless you walked back up the steep steps to the hotel to order), for the price of the hotel I'd expect some availability for service at the pool as a minimum. Also, no toilets at the pool so a walk back up the steps to your hotel room. Not ideal on a hot summers day. Service in the hotel was good but not to the standard of other hotels we stayed at in Tuscany. For example we had to wait around looking for somebody to check us out of our room as nobody could be found. We were checking out at the normal check out time. No personal touch or truly engaging service throughout, but nothing bad either. Just average - but the price expects above average service. Layout of hotel is odd - to get to your room you need to walk through the restaurant. During lunch and breakfast this felt awkward for both us and the people eating especially if your going back and forward to the pool. There is back exit - could this be used? Curtains in our room didn't cover the full window so it was very bright at sunrise and disrupted sleep. OK as we are up early but if you wanted to enjoy a long sleep, you won't be able to. Air con had to be on for atleast 24hrs to feel any benefit - it was extremely old and very loud. Had to turn off at night to sleep but this meant a very hot room.

Good service, delicious breakfast and lunch. Our apartment was 4-5 km further from the hotel, although it was clearly written in the description, we were not careful, but since we had a car, it was not a problem. The hotel area was very good, it had an electric car charging station, which was free, and the pool was also very good, big and clean. The apartment had all the amenities, but since it was on the first floor, a lot of insects came in. But still, it was located in a very beautiful area, the nature was very beautiful. The bathrooms were freshly renovated and there were all the amenities, and there was enough water in the kitchen for everyone.

Our four-night stay was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by an atmosphere that was luxurious and welcoming. Our experience at this villa was flawless, making it a truly magical getaway for our family of 5 with kids--ages ranging between 12 and 17 years. The word “perfect” doesn't quite do justice to the AMAZING time we had. The staff were remarkable—not only were they professional and attentive, but they were warm, friendly and genuinely cared to make our stay comfortable and truly special. Each member of the team contributed to our memorable vacation, and we cannot thank them enough for their exceptional hospitality. Grazie mille to every one of you! The facilities were immaculate and tastefully designed, providing the utmost in comfort and elegance. Our apartment was spotless and beautifully appointed, ensuring a relaxing retreat after each day’s adventures. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and comfort was noticeable and appreciated. Situated in an idyllic location, the villa offered breathtaking views of olive trees and vineyards that made every moment feel like a postcard come to life. Whether we were exploring the nearby attractions or simply enjoying the serene beauty all around us, the setting was perfect for creating unforgettable family memories. The rolling hills were spectacular! In terms of value, our experience exceeded all expectations. Every aspect of our stay, from the exquisite amenities to the unparalleled service, justified the cost and left us with no regrets, only gratitude for choosing this remarkable destination. We had breakfast and dinner meals every day of our stay! In sum, our stay will forever hold a special place in our hearts--a gift 🎁🍀💫. The combination of stunning surroundings, outstanding service, and heartfelt hospitality culminated in a journey we will always cherish. Absolutely beautiful Tuscan hotel that was just a short drive to Montepulciano. Food was fabulous, pool was enjoyable and views were breathtaking. We missed the turn coming in, the manager saw us and guided us back to the property, and that was just the beginning of his wonderful hospitality. He had a dinner table out in the garden set for us each night, and even delivered drinks to us down at the pool. Already trying to plan a trip back!

Boutique hotel situated near the vineyards with an amazing view of the rolling hills. Dinner at hotel was one of the best we had in Italy.

This hotel has a lot of potential to be even better. Some of the misses at this place - was that I had requested for some activities to be planned ahead for my husband’s birthday which they agreed but only to find out that they couldn’t fulfill them when we were onsite. They also recommended us to go to a thermal spa one of the days which was closed when we arrive - it was a wasted trip made.

Amazing views, beautiful landscape, very spacious and comfortable rooms, nice bathroom amenities, and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also very good.

Carpets at the room needs maintenance, the air conditioner was kind of old and not enough for the hot weather during summer.

This was my second time staying at Villa Grazianella. Exceptional service, location, and the staff is always so nice and sweet. I will definitely be coming back again!
