THEY WERE GENEROUS WITH PROVIDING US COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLED WATER TO OUR ROOMS DAILY. BREAKFAST WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED WITH EGGS COOKED TO ORDER. WE ENJOYED THE DINNER TOO ON OUR FIRST NIGHT.

ENTRANCE TO CHECK IN COULD BE BETTER. THE CAR COULD NOT STOP WHERE THE CHECK IN LOBBY WAS. BETTER SIGNAGE WOULD HAVE HELPED.

This was our fifth visit to Tuscany, and this time we chose this hotel. It’s a villa on a wine estate with wine tastings and a restaurant. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant twice and enjoyed it both times. The grounds around the villa are beautiful — perfect for sitting with an aperitivo and enjoying the view. There’s an outdoor pool and bike rentals, plus a large parking area. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with a great minibar and local wine. Daily cleaning was provided. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was modest but enough to start the day. The only issue was the sewage smell in the bathroom. The bathroom looked newly renovated with modern finishes and brand-new fixtures, but it seems there’s a deeper issue with the plumbing. The housekeeping staff should remember to close the bathroom door after cleaning, because otherwise, when you return to the room in the evening, the whole place smells of sewage.

Villa was beautiful surrounded by vineyard and a lush green landscape, inside was beautifully furnished and our room was huge and comfortable. The restaurant served first class meals and the Manager Saverio and the Villa Staff were excellent, professional and friendly. We had 4 wonderful nights at The Villa and left feeling more like friends than guests. Aquaviva is stunningly beautiful and befitting this quality establishment. Thankyou Severio and Staff.

The staff was very kind and the place was wonderful with so nice view and so delicious food. We ate some farm meats and cheese.The wine was good too.The breakfast was really nice and a lot of.

The service is top notch. The view and surrounding is so quiet and picturesque😍. The restaurant is much needed one.

This hotel was gorgeous! I didn't know if it would live up to the pictures online but it exceeded them. The views are spectacular! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful. Convenient free parking. The staff was very gracious and welcoming. I would absolutely go back!
