Hotel Natale

The hotel was well-located, with easy walking access to Corso Italia shops/restaurants as well as both ski gondolas. Breakfast was adequate. Room was on the small side, but the balconies were huge and a treat. Parking and elevator were a plus.

Zuma is right next to the property. The breakfast lady is very nice!

Unfortunately, the room was very cold due to poorly insulated windows and two balconies letting cold air in. The heating barely worked and was only on for a few hours in the afternoon. We complained three times; only once was it temporarily fixed. Because I am very sensitive to cold, I became sick, and we ended up leaving one day early. The lack of care from the reception staff was also disappointing. My husband clearly had an injured arm, yet no one offered any help with our luggage.
