Hotel Natale

I think it was the cleanest 3 star hotel in my life. They have a spa which is very good and what I liked is that the sauna is private. The breakfast was incredible, not too much but everything was delicious.

The room was really charming, clean and comfortable. The brekfast was complete and good. The location was good.

The price for parking isn't include. It's 10 euros.

We had booked to stay approximately 2 months prior. Two weeks before we arrived they reported to have tried to charge our card but were unable to take funds - we didn’t understand why it wasn’t working as everything was correct, funds were available and when we booked it was pay at property. We attempted to contact the property a number of times (email and phone) with no success. They never responded and cancelled our booking. We were forced to book alternative accommodation at the last minute. When we did stay in Cortina we drove past and it looked like it had closed up - poor communication and not good enough!

Beautiful views and close to shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking on site was nice. Great breakfast every morning.

There is some construction going on next door, but honestly, it didn’t really bother us.

We loved our stay here! The staff is extraordinarily nice and very accommodating. The hotel itself is super cute and charming with gorgeous woodwork interior. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was hearty. And the location was perfect. Wonderful stay all around!
