"Gädje men med viss smolk."

Vackert men för dyrt för innehållet. Det fanns mycket som var bra och sådant som var mindre bra. Finns säkert mer prisvärda hotell än detta.

Hade bokat rum för två med en king size dubbelsäng och en separat säng, enligt booking.com. Åkte med min dotter så ville försäkra mig om separata sängar. Fick ett mindre rum med en queen size säng (mindre än king) som var bäddat med gemensamt täcke. Hur var det möjligt? Det gick inte ordna nytt rum och priset var samma (13000 kr för tre nätter). Frukost ingick inte, utan man fick betala 33 euro extra per person. Någon kompensation för att rummet inte blev vad jag bokat och betalat för fick jag inte. Det fanns en professionell vänlighet hos personalen men med inslag av viss arrogans som gjorde att jag som gäst kände mig i underläge.
