"Walkable to Alhambra, but small rooms, expensive and parking to check in can be troublesome."

Good location- walkable to Alhambra.

Parking area to check in, a lot of traffic in a small area. Small room for the price. Thought it was overpriced for the small room. Pictures online are better than in person.

"Beautiful property but disconnected communication and service"

The property itself is beautifully located, but the service consistency does not match a 5-star standard. There was an accounting error where our prepaid room was accidentally charged again, which we had to correct upon check in, we should not have to audit our own receipts. Additionally, the front desk told us we had a 20% F&B credit, but when we went for breakfast the host informed us it wasn't valid. Once seated, the host handed us the bill just 15 minutes into our buffet meal, making us feel incredibly rushed. The hotel needs better internal communication and training.

Restaurant, bar en ontbijt waren in orde

Kwaliteit van de kamer was de prijs niet waard. Kleine kamer voor 500 euro per nacht. Minibar was leeg, kan niet voor een 5 sterren hotel.
