NOI Casa Atacama

Front desk staff were great! Otherwise the hotel looks run down, the stucco is delaminating everywhere, bathroom was disgusting, room was tired and the hotel itself was tired. Rooms were cold, I had to ask multiple times to have a fire in the fireplace because the rooms were so cold. Thank goodness was I booked a suite (which was not really a suite) I am sure I would have regretted not having the fireplace. The food served for breakfast was stale and felt like it was the same put out daily. Wishing I had booked a better hotel, as I was on the fence with this hotel when reading other reviews, the value was not there and I don’t mind spending money on a nicer hotel. Pool was half filled and the place just felt old and tired. Asked for non feather pillows, none available which made sleeping hard as I am allergic.

We were warmly welcomed at Noi Casa Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. Felipe was amazing host — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We got a room upgrade, welcome drinks, and he even helped us book a tour on our last day. The hotel is cozy, charming, well-heated, and strategically located just 550 meters from Caracoles. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a good option in San Pedro de Atacama. It is convenient walking from the main street in the town. The hotel has not parking, so you need to park in front of the hotel or around. The food at the restaurant is just ok. The only inconvenient we had was in the 2nd morning, when we arrived at 07:00 am to the restaurant to take the breakfast. We were informed the night before by the person in charge of reception that the breakfast started at that hour. However, on sunday and holidays the breakfast begin at 07:30 am. That 2nd morning was a Holiday. The person in charge of the restaurant (a man that I do not remember the name), SCOLDED me and my wife for being early on a Holiday, treated us like ignorant that cannot follow instructions. We felt very uncomfortable and we did not allow that man to serve us for the rest of the stay. We know service is not the best in Chile, but scolded people is even worst than a mediocre service.

We loved our experience. Traveled with 3 kids, had connecting rooms. They were great. Outside area to sit was nice. Used the bikes daily, they provided all the equipment we needed (helmets, locks, etc). The daily breakfast was awesome. Always had a coffee machine and water available. They were always help and welcoming to my kids and I, especially as they practice their Spanish. Would stay here again when we come back.

Excellent service，the reception girls are always smiling and so considerate, Andrea and Marina are so helpful and nice! Spacial, cozy and clean room. Hot water shower and heater which maybe a problem in this place but the hotel is offering full day supply. Breakfast is good too. Location is near the town but quiet.

Nice place to stay in San Pedro de Atacama

We stayed at Noi Casa Atacama expecting the advertised amenities, jacuzzi, pool, pool bar, and sauna,which were a major reason for our booking. Unfortunately, all of these facilities were either broken, filthy, or completely unusable during our stay. We raised our concerns with staff from the moment we arrived and followed up each day, both in person and in writing, and we have photographic evidence to support our claims. The hotel manager, Javiera Vargas, instructed us to send a final email summarizing our complaint, which we did, only for her to later deny ever receiving any complaints or emails, and falsely claim that alternatives were offered. This is simply not true. Failing to maintain your facilities is already unacceptable for a hotel of this price and advertised standard. But denying guests’ legitimate complaints and distorting the facts afterward reflects a deeply unethical approach to hospitality. Avoid this hotel unless you’re comfortable paying full price for broken promises and misrepresentation.

Hotel muito bom e confortável. Quarto espaço e com mini refrigerador. Banheiro muito bom. Café da manhã é mediano. Poderia ter mais opções para veganos, inclusive leite vegetal. Poderia sinalizar os pães e bolos que são veganos. Os ovos mexidos ficam mal cozidos. Mas se pedir eles fazem individual bem sequinho. No geral é um excelente hotel.

Fantastic! The hotel blended well in the environment and will filled with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff was VERY attentive and the room was over the top beautiful. The restaurant also was excellent. We would stay here again.
