Cost and difficult to book because the best/cheapest deal

Room was sparse, no details of how to use heating etc. no menu in the room. Decor awful desperately needs decoration. Bathroom was the only warm place.

Everything, room was awful and not particularly welcoming. Would not recommend and won’t be staying here afain

Lovely setting

The room felt cold and damp Our bathroom didn’t have any heating that worked There was cobwebs everywhere The bathroom ceiling was marked with mould The suite was tired and needed a fresh coat of paint

Room had been updated and was comfortable and clean. Limited selection of breakfast tea however more was available from reception, coffee machine was new with 5 pods of coffee, no biscuits in room, one shower gel and two shampoo bottles. Towels white and fluffy and of a good size. Room temperature good, 2 easy chairs and side table, usual other additions of hairdryer etc. Staff work extremely hard and are a credit to the hotel

Good selection of breakfast items however hot option arrived just warm. Had previously stayed 3 months ago with not such a good visit as i ended up not using the room comllaining and no one bothered to contavt me, however i had a party to attend and was reluctant to stay again but this visit was better.
