Executive 1 bedroom. Spa everything was great

We went for dinner and on our return the motel carpark was full we had to park in the disabled parking. Otherwise there was a Wonderful lady at reception and the rooms were lovely and clean.

The spa was very enjoyable

Stayed here for 2 nights in an upper room which was more than adequate for our stay. Room was a good size with spare space to lay out suitcases. Comes with a spa bath which we did try once, the bubble jets do make a bit of a noise so not allowed to use after 10pm. One thing to note is the shower is over the spa bath so to use shower you have to get in the spa which does have 2 large steps to access so less nimble will struggle. Room had a microwave but no hot plate or pans. The main restaurant area is Eat street which is 5 mins by car or a 30 minute walk. Small table and 2 chairs outside on balcony/walkway if you want to sit out. All in all it was fine for our couple of nights

Immaculate Service. We were shown to our room, the staff was constantly on site and ready to help. The rooms are a bit old, but spotless and comfortable. We had a private balcony overlooking a street & golf course. Very quiet, short walk to Te Puia and short drive to Waimangu - both great visits by the way.

Good location. Lovely helpful receptionist. Spa bath was nice
