SeaLoft Oceanfront Hotel

Perfect location for off season. I will definitely be back!

Stairwell and first floor had a weird chemical smell.

Some of the working staff that is obviously underpaid were very nice. As far as my rooms being ready by 4 they were not. One room was still not ready at 4:45 and I was not notified when it ever was done. When we came back at 11pm it was ready. As far as the Manager Zoe she needs to be trained in customer service. She was the most rudest person there is. The way she spoke to me and my sister was unacceptable. My sister asked for extra towels to be left in her room when we went out at 4:45, when we came back at 11 pm her room was wide opened they never closed her door after dropping off the towels. As far as the parking goes how do they charge you $20 per day to park and then tell you it is on a first come first serve basis and if there is not a spot you can park at their sister hotel the Aloft and walk back to the Oceanfront. My family and I had a great time in OC but we will never darken the door of the Sealoft Oceanfront Hotel again.

I like how modern the room looked and the main room was very spacious.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. The worse was at night. Could not check anything on my phone before bed.

The rooms were so cute! It had everything you need! The receptionist Shay was wonderful and very helpful!
