The stairwell stank. The mattress on the beds move easily off the platform.

The Beds were very comfortable, the view was amazing, staff was friendly and welcoming.

The hallways and stair case had a bad smell like poop. And the water pressure wasn’t the greatest but that’s usual.

Ocean view was great. Loved that the balcony had a screen door, we were able to have the door open & not worry about bugs getting in. The bed was comfortable and lots of room.

Linens didn't fit the bed so they kept coming off or shifting. Ice maker wasnt working. When front desk worker was told she said yes it is and nothing else. We were in town for a festival, when asked about transportation available, she wasnt very informed. It was also very hard to understand her despite asking her to clarify what she said.

The room was clean and exactly as described. The pullout couch is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, but as expected. The staff was so incredibly nice and accommodating overall with getting us all the extra towels, and they were in good communication upon check-in. I would recommend.
