Rundle Chalets

The location is excellent, and everything you need is just a few minutes away. However, the bathroom is small and outdated, and it definitely needs some attention.

Property is outdated but everything you need is there. Very nice view of the rockies. Friendly staff too.

Perfect home away from home.

I liked the surroundings and the quiet. The staff were courteous. I would like to have had a bar of soap provided in the bathroom, but only a pump soap dispenser was provided. I would like to have had facecloths provided in the bathroom, but only bath towels and hand towels were provided. The bed in the bedroom filled almost the entire room. There was no room for a side table. I use a medical device (CPAP machine) during sleep that I normally place on a table beside the bed. There was no room for a table so I had to place my device on a chair in the doorway. Fortunately the hose from the device to me while I sleep was long enough for me to be able to use the device. Prospective guests should be informed that there may not be room for medical devices in the bedroom when they book a chalet.

We liked that it was easy to get to, and it was quiet all the time we were there. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great spot right outside of Banff

I booked this spot completely on price. It is very old and has been used alot. The staff were awesome. I checked other properties and they were double, therefore we booked here

Clean chalets, good shower, very comfortable overall would definitely stay again

Staff were friendly. The cabin really is rustic but was clean. There was only a fan which made it hard to cool down the room. It was only cool in the middle of the night. For the price you pay, there must be some money leftover that even a portable A/C could be added to the room. You pay for the experience on this one but it was worth it to try once.
