Property is in poor condition. Not clean. Furnishings in poor cond. needs a 100% upgrade.

The property was a little run down. Shower was small. The front desk staff was friendly. We didn't have any washcloths and she got them for us immediately. Upgraded our room to two bedrooms without charge, which was nice. It was quiet. Kinda lacks parking for all the cabins. Overall a decent place to stay.

Cottage was near and clean.

Avoid at all costs this property if you have respiratory allergies. Can't understand how this property is able to operate without a carbon monoxide detector having an extremely old heating system. Bathroom has inexistente ventilation that combined with moisture and wooden walls is a recipe for dangerous mold. Alltogether this property is unsafe and unhealthy.

The cabins are cozy and have everything you need to enjoy the Rockies view. Kitchen is conveniently staffed. There is a bbq for each cabin and a nice fireplace in the cabin. The bathroom could be a bit updated to make the cabin more comfortable. I would recommend to chose these cabins for a nice stay facing the Rockies

I've stayed in many "cabins", this is an authentic cabin experience! Certainly the most real cabin I've had the pleasure of staying in when I'm the Rockies. Real cedar paneling inside, authentic rustic smell, a wood fire place for romantic nights in and real amenities too. Hot shower, kitchen with toaster oven, regular stove and a drip coffee maker. We loved sitting out next to the fire ring in the evening, and again in the morning for coffee and a sunrise. Recommended, we're already planning a return trip
