O quarto estava limpo, confortável, com boa estrutura e os funcionários foram gentis e receptivos.

Definitivamente, do problema com o elevador. É inadmissível que um hotel com 19 andares tenha somente UM elevador funcionando. Há longas filas e demoras e o relato de que isso não é resolvido pelo hotel me chocou. Você desanima de usar a estrutura, pois sabe que perderá tempo. Acreditem, vocês vão se irritar com isso.

Localização, limpeza, funcionários.

​Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com alguns pontos da estadia. Dos três elevadores do hotel, apenas um está funcionando — e, segundo informações, o problema persiste há quase um mês. Essa situação gera um grande transtorno, com longos tempos de espera e cabines constantemente lotadas, inclusive com o fluxo de funcionários. ​Além disso, a conexão Wi-Fi é extremamente instável. Quem depende de uma internet confiável para trabalhar ou cumprir compromissos certamente ficará desapontado e desamparado.

Quarto, café da manhã, recepcionistas, piscina, localização, limpeza.

O elevador estava quebrado, quase não era possível subir e descer, provavelmente o de serviço também estava quebrado, pois além dos hóspedes de 19 andares, tinha que disputar com funcionários subindo com sacos de lixo e afins. Tampouco o garçom conseguia chegar na piscina com os pedidos e a cerveja gelada.

Café da manha é razoável. Os funcionários são atenciosos.

Um unico elevador para atender mais de 20 andares - IMPOSSIVEL. Um dos elevadores estava quebrado e nao vimos esforço do hotel em resolver. O quarto estava com mofo na parede, as dependencias do hotel bem mal cuidada.

Pontos positivos: Bom café da manhã, equipe atenciosa, cama confortável.

Dos três elevadores que servem ao hotel, dois sempre quebrados, ocasionando filas grandes para subir e descer de MUITOS hóspedes. Banheiros sem sistema de exaustão, ocasionando mofos nas paredes (pintura e azulejos).
