"Bom custo benefício."

Pelo preço da estadia está ok, café da manhã ok, localização boa perto do metrô e vlt, ducha boa.

A questão do elevador realmente é o que pega, pessoas dos andares mais baixos entram nele subindo porque é a única maneira de conseguir entrar, a espera sempre é grande. Limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Um único elevador funcionava, o mesmo que os funcionários usavam, fazia fila e superlotava para andar de elevador. Quando entramos tinha uma barata na porta, o chão estava nojento, colando de sujeira. Os funcionários eram pouco receptivos, alguns bem grossos.

Café da manhã era excelente muitas variedades ambiente limpo cardápio variado, bom horário achei ótimo. a localização do hotel é ótima pelo preço eu super recomendo.

O telefone não atendem o whatss demoram responder e-mail também não respondem, precisa melhorar as TVs do quarta para uma smart e ar condicionado por split, além de melhorar o atendimento de alguns poucos funcionários que as vezes são sem educação alguns poucos. AH os elevadores, da minha estádia dos 03 existentes apenas 01 estava funcionando ou seja não da conta pois o hotel é sempre cheio inclusive de gringos.

Acomodação boa, só a torneira do banheiro estava muito fraca.

Se você for tomar café tem que sair do quarto uns 30 minutos antes, muita gente não tá um único elevador. Sai pra tomar café 9:20 e cheguei 9:45
