O hotel é bem localizado e tem uma boa infraestrutura. O serviço da recepção foi ótimo, da cozinha também, funcionários bem atenciosos.

Dos 3 elevadores, dois não funcionavam, há semanas, gerando filas enormes e alto tempo de espera. Várias vezes tivemos que usar a escada (ao total, são 19 andares, o que torna um absurdo não ter manutenção dos equipamentos). A limpeza do quarto foi péssima também, não limpavam, só tiravam o lixo.. Esqueciam de repor toalhas e papel.. :(

Boa noite, o Hotel é bem estruturado, café da manhã muito bom, localização também é legal.

Eu não gostei do check-in,o hotel tem um horário para entrar que é às 14 horas, nós chegamos às 13:30 , nós levamos mais de 1hora pra entrar no quarto, porque tinha um monte de clientes que chegaram as 7 horas da manhã ou seja, muito desorganizado,o nosso quarto com problema na porta,cama com o colchão ruim e só tinha um elevador para todos usarem, porque o outro já estava quase 1 semana em manutenção,o trânsito de pessoas era enorme.

o hotal nao tem uma boa acomodação nas camas, com aspecto de sujo o quanto todo. a tv nao tem qualidade. e ar-condicionado e barulhento. para um hotel desse grupo acho que podem melhorar mais.
