we reported several times that the shower water was cold, the staff did not bother to fix the problem, leaving us for 3 days in a row with cold water. Absurd inconvenience as well as useless to collect the information for check in and credit card details at the airport. We booked a sea view room and the sea could not be seen even with binoculars. They do not have a hair dryer. Absolutely not recommended.

Excellent Location. The layout of the apartment. Generally comfortable for a family of 4. Property was quiet and no smoking zone. Liked the amenities (washer,dryer, fully equipped) kitchen and all the utensils available. Beds and linens were comfortable and of top quality.

Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come.

It was the worst experience of my life and i have been travelling around the world for decades. They called me 1 hour after 3pm checkin time and said are you coming because we had you down as a no show, but we need our commission. I told my flight leaves at 6pm so i should be there at 7 and there response was we close at 7 soooo. I should have known right then and there... this is not the place for me. Later I called them and said my flight was delayed and their response was you have to come tomorrow and i said where am i supposed to stay. They said oh we will leave the key under the mat, but you need to come by tomorrow. 8:30 pm in the rain no key was left they wouldnt answer their phone call to the 2 numbers listed by the booking. I was lucky enough to find someone to take me in late at night. After complaning to the booking agent they finally got a hold of them and they couldnt have been lessed bothered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. they dont know hospitality and they don't care.

The kitchen was well stocked. Pots, pans, utensils. We were able to cook breakfast before going out. The furniture was quality furniture.

The young lady in the office where I collected the key was VERY rude. This impression colored the whole experience at this property. I was appalled. The wait took forever almost 1 hour! 2 persons were before me so naturally you had to wait your turn. No 'good morning', no 'I will be with you shortly', nothing. Just a bunch of walking up and down and no one saying anything to you at all. I had to go up and ask to see the contract so I could read it while others were being attended to. Service was horrible. I asked for directions to the property and she started to call it out really fast, I simply asked her to state it slow so I could write it down. A new place is the worst place to get lost. She told me she doesnt understand why I cant get it, people come here all the way from Italy and they 'get it'. When asked 'do I bring the key back to the office upon checkout' she stated very rudely 'put it right back where you got it from'. They bill you, run your card AND get an approval yet they still write your full card number and expiration down on sign up form - fraud alert!!! Major problem!!! Concerned about damages or missing items? then take a deposit which can be returned if repairs are not needed. Writing someone's full card info down is a major security breach. Unit was not clean. Lots of stains on walls upstairs, food particles under pull out bed, 1/2 shower door missing in bathroom one so lots of cleanup after every shower. There is a red light inside the both bathroom vents that come on only after light is turned on which leads me to believe it may be a camera. I have no way of knowing. I used the bathroom for 3 days without light. I called back and spoke with Kay who was quite pleasant and I asked for Kim - the owner - but was told she was off island. A Rep at the rental car company told me 'yes they are very rude in there'. I remember that encounter until today and I am already back home.

Centrally located, spacious, most things

Would have been nice to have more toiletries, toothpaste etc. could have been a bit cleaner, walls and light switches. Staff was not very helpful when the water turned off

Location was good with a very nice public beach close by and two restaurant/bars.

The air conditioning was preset and I could not control the temperature. I felt uncomfortably warm at times.

It was a great location. It was nice to walk to Jolly Hall Beach every day. The house was spacious and clean. It was perfect for our group of 4.
