Great price and location as most tour pickups are at this gate and you can't get lost! If you are looking for no frills and a comfortable place to rest between touring and exploring Chiangmai, it is the perfect stay. Will book again if price doesn't change much.

The hotel supplies are limited and on the stingy side maybe due to too many thefts in the past by guests. It was unusual to see every item inthe room listed with cost value should they be replaced. We used our our own supply of slippers, drink bottles and toiletries anyway. The warning note puts a dampener on the welcoming side and was not very hospitable or welcoming. The cleaners were exceptionally nice otherwise and gave us a few toilet paper rolls when we asked for it. The hotel otherwise only leave one roll in the bathroom for our 5 nights stay for twin share! The pool was very public and busy so would not recommend for familues and is visible from the dining area. It will put you off your appetite watching seni naked people while eat!
