I mistakenly booked this property and called them right away to request a refund. They said they understood and were fine with the refund, but told me that since I booked through Booking.com, I needed to contact Booking.com first. I did exactly as they advised, and Booking.com initiated the refund request. Since then, I have called the hotel several times and messaged them, but they have not responded at all. I even believe they blocked my number, because they haven’t answered for over a week. I have never seen anything like this or experienced such a situation before. Just ridiculous! They charged me over $300 for nothing and clearly do not care. If you respect your time and your money, book somewhere else.

It was 100 degrees outside and we had no air-conditioning

Had a two week stay in a double suite and it was very good. Room was spotless and well equipped had housekeeping when we needed it. Coffee machine in room and also in lobby. Several bus stops near the property and a very good supermarket near. We didn’t get down for breakfast as it finished at 9am and that was a little early for us. The bath is massive and a real plus at the end of a long day walking. Many thank for a great stay.
