Breakfast was exceptional, impressive selection of cheeses

We had a garden room which we normally prefer, but this time it was not good - we couldn't sit outside since the room was basically in the bus parking outside, so idling motors and beeping from lorries all day long, quite disappointing

Our only regret about our stay at this hotel is that we cannot give it more stars. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Should we revisit Gran Canaria we will undoubtedly choose to stay at the hotel again and unreservedly recommend it to others.

Everything at the hotel was fabulous. The staff were very professional and friendly and the rooms were clean spacious and nicely furnished. The food was exceptional and the hotels grounds were beautifully kept. Fabulous hotel!
